The stories behind our projects

The story describes the complete transformation of the ground floor of a family home from 1995, when the parents decided to adapt the space to their new lifestyle after the children left. The renovation included complete structural work including a change of layout, refurbishment of the floors and upgrading of the technical equipment. The biggest challenge was to maintain the original location of the fireplace and to design an elegant glass staircase with a catwalk to the gallery that did not disrupt the openness of the space. The story describes the conversion of a disused family home, in which we modified the layout and insulation, and designed the interior in a fresh Scandinavian style. The house is divided into four functional zones and equipped with modern technologies such as a heat pump, solar panels and Loxone smart home. The main goal was to create a self-sufficient and energy-efficient home that combines design with the latest technology and comfort.

The story describes the conversion of a 4 bedroom duplex in Žižkov, where we removed the partition between the kitchen and living room to create a spacious open plan area. The renovation included the restoration of the original parquet flooring and the installation of new technical elements for modern living comfort. We transformed the original children's room into a harmonious japandi-style bedroom that combines Japanese minimalism with Scandinavian functionality.
